2009/10 Clyde Coast Mini League (11yrs & Under)
Round 1: Sunday 28th February*

As Bishopbriggs is a six lane pool, there are sometimes unused lanes because the other teams attending may not have swimmers for a particular event. In this case we often fill the lanes with swimmers to gain a 'time only' swim. The swim time will be recorded for the swimmer by the timekeepers but is not used for the actual team competition.
Barry has identified a number of swimmers who can get an extra swim for 'time only'. Please see the Extra swim for time only list.
*We are hosting this event and will need Timekeepers** & other helpers (Reception, Marshalling).
** Timekeepers Course is scheduled for Friday 26th February, conference room Kirkintilloch Leisure Centre, 6.30pm-8.30pm
START TIME & CHECK -IN
The warm up starts at 12.30pm and the events should get underway about 1pm.
Please report to 'swimmer reception' ( table in the foyer) and then get ready to go on poolside where you should let the coach know you have arrived.
SPECTATORS GALLERY
There is a spacious spectators gallery at Bishopbriggs for parents/ family to watch and cheer on the team.
WHAT TO BRING
For swimmers attending an event for the first time - please bring-:
- an extra towel and costumes/trunks
- goggles
- club hat /club t-shirt (e-mail me if you need one)
-a cold drink (not fizzy)
-a snack (not chocolate)
